Thank you for the response, I never programed the hardware. It all came installed already. I don't know if the system will let me reinstall the software if I'm not upgrading it. I think it already has the current version. I didn't check the ESN number on the old system, but I assume your are right. I called Sirius support and they couldn't help. Also at the top of the nav screen it has a "search in town" or 'Search local" window. I have to change ir local or it won't find the address.

I did a hardware upgrade from Sync2 to sync 3.4 on my 2013 Lincoln MKT. Most everything is fine, but my navigation wont accept audio commands. I press the talk button, tell it 'NAVIGATION' it responds give destination or PIO, then there is no respond. I can type in an address and it will accept it and give me verbal directions, but it wont accept verbal directions. The SiriusXM also wont accept audio input. I ask it to turn on Sirius and it tells me I don't have a subscription. The software version is 3.4. build is 20282 and mav maps ar NA 1 19. Anybody else run into this?
