Hi, thanks for the reply, it was done from the sync menu. -
My parents have a 2016 C max titanium. The other day the sd card stopped reading for navigation. Also there no power at the USB ports either so phones don't charge and when you search on stereo it says no devices found. Have tried a factory reset. Still the same. Any ideas please?

Good afternoon, my parents C max 2016 went into the garage for a service and mot. The day after they noticed sat nav was.not working and was saying sd card not inserted. So they tried the card again but still.did not work, they also tried another card which was older maps. But still no joy. I cant go over there at the moment due to covid, but trying to get them.to try things over the phone, ive got them to do a master reset but that didn't make any difference. Any help would be great. I think its a sync2

Good afternoon, I'm Nick from the UK. We have several fords in the family with Sync. And have a problem with my parents thats why I've joined this group. Its a 2016 Ford C max. Is this sync 2 or 3 please?
