Hello all. I recently got a 2015 Fusion and have some questions about Sync. I'm hoping this will be a beneficial forum for me. I see that there appear to be multiple versions of SYNC. How do I tell which version I have? Once I know that, I THINK I will know which board to go to. Thanks in advance.

I have a 2015 Fusion. Same issue. I'll try the fuses too, but how do I do the master reset you mentioned?? Thanks.
