i have a similar issue and was wondering if anyone had the same, what i believe happened was it had updated and messed something up. it now believes it is a hybrid. my steering wheel controls do not work and DAB radio does not load, in addition the backup camera now does not show. there is a message that shows saying emergency assistance is unavailable. i need help as local dealers need me are charging £195 just to diagnose not even help lol. has anyone had a similar issue? im not sure if im in the right thread however im quite new to forums. many thanks, Matt
