Hi Does anyone know the location of the APIM module in my 2011 Escape?? Some say it's behind the radio, some say above glove box and others say its under the centre console. Does anyone know for sure???? Any help would be appreciated Thanks LT

Phone does not show Bluetooth connection. How do I find the Sync version? -
The issue is intermittent but it seems to be happening more often. If I press Phone on steering wheel or on the dash it does nothing at all...no message nothing. I have checked the Sync fuse & re-seated it ..no difference. Any Help would be very much appreciated!!!
