So got truck back from dealership today with sync update. Drove 10 miles home radio on all good. Locked truck came back 6 hrs later radio still on. Did master reset checked for updates via wifi and now it shows electric charge statues for a hybrid on dash. No radio controls or climate controls. And the strang thing is the power deploy running boards don't work. Any one with any idea would be great. It's going back to ford again...... on monday thanks everyone
