Hi My wife is having an issue with her Galaxy S8 and Ford Sync. About a month ago her phone finally got the update to go from Oreo to Pie. Once she got it within a week she started to have issues with her Phone and Ford Sync on her 2016 Ford Focus When she goes to hang up after a call, it doesnt disconnect and show the "End Call" screen like it normally did in the past. Now it stays on the in call screen and it wont disconnect. It won't switch back to the radio to play and she can't send or recieve another call at all. Her phone didnt have this issue at all with Android 8. Also, last week we decided enough was enough and had a replacement phone sent out as it appears to be an inherent issue with people having bluetooth issues after their phones updated. I was hoping a replacement phone with either Android 8.1 on it, or factory Android 9 might work, well it appears the new phone is having the same issue. I believe it's some kind of bluetooth communication issue but I dont know. Any help/ideas would be appreciated. I would like to say I'm not having this issue at all with my LG G6 after it got it's Android 9 update. It seems to be an issue with the Samsung only. thanks
