I have a 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat. My sync system has become very slow to respond to commands. Sometimes it takes 20 seconds to think about what to do after i touch the screen. I've done a Master Reset. I've disconnected the Battery over night. I took it into the Dealership and they want to charge me $1,050 to fix a switch that is malfunctioning. I wanted to check out some Forums before i pay that much money. Anybody know of this problem and have any advice? I might go to Car Toys and change the whole thing out. I would rather do that than pay ford. I'm always paranoid that viruses are downloaded to our electronic devices just so we have to spend money to fix or upgrade. I.E. apple phones.
