I recently had my 12 fusion at the dealer to replace the airbag per the recall. Since then I no longer have sync. The dealer claims there was nothing they could have done to cause this problem. Long story short I no longer have the sync function on my car. The deck will no longer recognize any aux inputs from console. I have tried to reset radio by pulling fuse and battery cable. And nothing does anyone have any other ideas?
