Mine has the same issue, essentially all voice from Sync doesn’t work. when did your issue start?

Was the dealer able to correct the issue?

My software was at 1.0 when I bought the truck. I downloaded the software from Ford.com owner site and it said it worked fine. I’ve tried multiple master resets and pulled the fuse and battery cable with no luck. At at this point I believe a software issue but I don’t know where to get the version 2.2 software.

After the installing the latest update, my 2016 F150 said the installation completed correctly. Now when pressing the voice command button on my steering wheel the screen displays, "voice recognition not ready". I know there are other threads for this, but the all end with no fixes, so I thought I would try again. Please help...
