I have a 2013 focus. Im trying to update my sync with usb. I got the car a few months ago and its never been updated. I properly downloaded the update. When I put the usb in the car it starts the update automatically. Then it show 8 updates. It loads 7 of 8 then restarts. Upon restarting it says can locate usb device for upgrade. Remove and try again. I tried deleting and reinstalling update on usb and also tried 2 different usb sticks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also has anyone have issues with the back up camera fixed and active lines keep turning off randomly? I was hoping the update would fix. TIA
