The factory reset didnt work. I tried to put the sync fuse out and in, no results.

Its a 2014 focus, it would be sync 1 I presume... I bought the car last Friday no idea if it work before Ill try the factory reset and give you feedback

I forgot to say that the radio and cd player are OK!

Hi there! Here is my issue : my phone is correctly syncronized with Sync, i can make phone calls, sound and mic are working correctly. But when i want to playback a song thru bluetooth, there's no sound... If i plug an usb key, title is displayed but no sound If i plug my phone directly thru line in, no sound I tried several phones or mp3 players, same problem. Does anyone had the same issue? How did you manage to solve it? Hope you'll understand me, i'm french ;-) Thanks!
