Sync 3 V3.0 update from build 18025 to 18093

I just attempted to update to 3.0 using USB download. Multiple times with car running for 30 mins each time. Got error message: Installation Failed, Error Code MEM-ERR03 Called customer service # That rep told me that there is a "known issue" with the update not working/not installing properly. I told her it would be nice if Ford updated the website and took down the update if there is a "known issue" Anyone else experience this?
