I agree with the posters on this Forum. Ford is useless. I bought a 2016 Ford Edge Sport in mid 2017 and it's maps were from 2014. Here were are in 2018 and there are still no map updates. This is stupid. The HERE company has map updates available but Ford has not Approved/Released them. What a crappy car company. As an example of how it should be done - Mazda has partnered with Garmin and it provides free annual updates. I will never buy another Ford because of this. They just don't understand Technology nor their customers and they obviously don't read these forums!
