At least Android Auto works great with my phone. Guess I'll depend on that for nav instead. Quite a shame... should demand free service for the life of the car for selling a faulty nav system! (Lol)

Wait so how do we get nav map updates in the US? Is there any way at all? I have 1 15 in my Focus Electric as well.

That's great, thanks! Is there a list or standard for what POI categories exist? I think that's the one item missing... hard to know what to ask for. Your list is a great place to start! -
Is there a master study guide for all Sync 3 voice commands broken out by category and all? I didn't see one on owner.ford.com and while I can sit there and ask List of commands a zillion times, I learn quicker by reading. I haven't checked if the owner's manual has this... maybe I should look there first. Using Sync 3 on both 2017 C-Max Energi SE and 2017 Focus Electric fwiw.
