I have a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium (VIN 2FMPK4K95GBC37115) with the latest Sync 3 updates installed.
I’m trying to update the Navigation Maps. Yesterday I went through the process and got to the page to place my order for a download, but quit because I didn’t have enough time to wait for the download.
I’m trying again today, but cannot get to the downloads page. When I go to <https://syncnavigation.com/ford/home> and click on “Check Available Updates” it asks for my VIN. After entering the VIN it gives me the error message, “The VIN number you entered is incorrect.” I KNOW I am entering the correct VIN!!! I’ve tried numerous times using different browsers, but always get the same error.
There MUST be a problem with the web site. Can you provide any advice or assistance ?
