Officially the site for updates is: http://ford.navigation.com/home/en_US/FordNA/USD However, they do not show the 2017 Esacape and if I look for 2016, it says I have the latest and greatest. I've basically given up on them and display Google Maps from my phone on the Sync 3 display when I am in need of Nav.

My husband occasionally drives my Escape and our phones ares set up as yours. So far he has not mentioned any problems.

I purchased my 2017 Escape in May and would have expected the Navigation system to be reasonably up-to-date. However, when it comes to some of the roads in my area, what is being shown is up to three years out of date. FWIW, both Google and Garmin have the corrects data. Any idea of who provides the mapping for SYNC 3 Navigation and where I might go report errors?
