Just an update Incase anyone looks at this in the future I managed to rollback to 3.7 and then reninstall 3.8 which now works correctly Here's the link with the instructions I followed http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/index.php?threads/mft-3-8-bug-and-downgrade-to-3-7-11.439668/ I googled the file he was modifying and downloaded then followed his instructions. It worked fine with my UK focus!

I recently updated my Sync on my 2015 Focus (3.08.15128.EA.10_PRODUCT) the update went smoothly but i've noticed my navigation is now missing. can anyone help?! Thanks!!
