  1. Installed the new FordPass for my 2017 Fusion on my Galaxy S6 edge plus. Get logged in and when trying to accept the EULA, I get, "There may be an error. Please contact the Ford Customer Relationship Center for further assistance. {402}". Called them and they are aware of the issue, and said to try to uninstall and re-install or create another account for it. I did that a couple of times and even changed my password. I do not need another account and already have my Explorer tied to this account. Anybody know of a work around or have gotten anymore info on how to fix this? Thanks
  2. Make sure you turn it on in the Sync options menu. Install the App on your phone and plug it into the usb port (not sure you have to if bluetooth is setup, but it worked for me). It should then go through the setup procedures. Keep monkeying with it, it worked on my new 2017 Fusion.
