  1. Ok, so then what happened and how do i get sync back? Ive replaced the fuse, disconnected the negative cable and still no sync
  2. can you pm me. Im a bit confused on the website it lists my vehicle as 2012 fusion with SYNC with Voice-Activated Navigation, only problem is i have a normal screen that looks most similar to the SYNC (basic system) and SYNC with MyFord. Could you help me? Here is my post http://fordsyncforum.com/index.php?/topic/5186-sync-issues-on-2012-fusion-se/&do=findComment&comment=16702

  4. I'll try and state everything so that thi issue can finally be resolved. Last week I attempted install the new sync update. I downloaded the files and heard it say complete(not sure it fully completed). So once i heard that i turned off my car n went back inside. Wen i inserted the usb into my laptop noticed there was no file left that sorta confirmed completion. Was so wrong, now aux, usb, nothing of sync services comes up. Ive tried voice commands and nothing. I really want to avoid a trip to the dealership as much as possible. So would love to take care of this. I replaced the 5a fuse located in the 13th slot. I wasnt sure if i needed to do anything else. So wrong again, so lastly someone suggested removing negative charge n allowin it to reboot. I again jus connected everything and went inside. So if someone can help me restore the sync service to my vehicle and get everything running smoothly again. I would be entirely grateful. The replaced the fuse from the location under steering wheel.
