DO NOT INTALL 4.4!! I went from 4.3 to 4.4 and regret it. I have contacted ford sync 3 times and they are escalating, but said 5 days for an email response??? ridiculous. I had no problems with 4.3. Now with 4.4 , voice commands to phone are all screwy. I will never install another update if they ever get this one right for me again. What a shame

I upgraded to 4.4 the other day, and now my voice commands for phone book are screwy. Have contacted ford sync 3 times and now they are escalating but said 5 days for a reply and it would be by email??? ridiculous! I asked if I could rever to 4.3, which NO problems, but can't be done. what a pity

I upgraded from 4.3 to 4.4. I had NO problems with 4.3, but it seems Ford urges one to update, so I did. BIG mistake. Now my voice commands for my phone book are not working right. I have called Ford sync support 3 times, and they say they are escalating to next level but will be 5 days before they get back to me BY EMAIL?? That is piss poor customer service. I will never install another update if they ever get this one working right. Anyone have 4.4 working correctly?

DONT UPDATE TO Sync 4.4 I did, and wish I never had. I've had to call ford 3 times and still waiting for a solution. STICK with 4.3 if you have it
