after the SYNC update in my 2013 F-150, when I press the Voice Command button on my steering wheel, it mutes the stereo, but doesn't say "Say a Command". When I do speak, there is no reaction from the system. Any suggestions?

I have a 2013 F-150 and a Galaxy 6S. Initially I had issues when I connected my Galaxy phone via the USB port in SYNC and when I would start my car back up, the media player from my phone would automatically start playing, but there would be frequent hesitations in the music (sometimes there would be sped-up play as well). This was originally corrected by connect through Bluetooth only, but now it has started doing the same thing via Bluetooth since the upgrade. Even when I close down my media player (sometimes even restart my phone) it won't fix the issue. Another issue I have is after the media player plays through 1 song, the subsequent songs only play for about 20 seconds and then they advance to the next song. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

I have the Galaxy 6S, and after the upgrade took place in my 2013 F-150, my calls no longer go through the Bluetooth. This is an issue since my city has an ordinance for hands-free use at all times.
