To the brain trust that is the SYNC Forum. I just bought a 2013 F150 with the basic sync model. I downloaded the update to a USB, but when I follow the instructions to upload it into the truck, I plug the USB in, press AUX until SYNC Line in shows, press OK, press Menu, SYCN Media displays, press OK, Media Menu appears for a couple seconds, then Plan Menu appears and that's where everything stops. Any ideas why, or how I can update the system? Ford says the system hasn't been upgraded since 2012. Thanks, Steve
