I've owned my 2010 Fusion Hybrid for 6 years, and enjoy everything about the vehicle EXCEPT for the navigation radio. It has always had huge latency issues whether I use the touch screen or voice commands to change anything on the menu - radio channels, destination, phone calling - all of it takes from 30 seconds to abour 3 minutes to make the change, and in interim the screen is frozen and only the power button works. I have the latest SYNC software loaded. Has anyone else had this problem, and is there a fix for it? Thank you.
