Looks like we are not the only ones having this issue....I have reached the first 5K miles and going for service sometime next week...hope they can tell me why I need to keep turning the "audio on" when I never turned it off to begin with...and why only the Navigation sound is the only "audio" affected.

Any takers on this? Am sure this is nothing new and must be a setting that I have not performed because the best I can determine all systems are working as they should.

Recently, almost every time I start my 2011 Edge Limited AWD, the messge AUDIO OFF is flashed. The radio sound is not affected but the voice command does not work. To resolve this I have to press the MyFordTouch display bottom left corner (Entertainment). 1. What do I need to do so the audio always stay "ON"? 2. Why doesn't this Forum have a Search option? Appreciate any assistance I can get with this. Jesse
