I would do two things:
First I would demand to speak to the GM of the dealership as nicely as patience will allow. Lay out the issues that you are having with Him or Her and ask what they will do to fix the situation. I doubt you will get a new vehicle but someone, somewhere has the part needed so perhaps they can make that happen. If you do not get the answer you would like, let them know that you are now going to contact Ford directly about the dealership and the service department. My dealership that I go to lives and dies by Ford surveys on how they are doing. Anything less than a perfect score and the service advisers and sales are in trouble. Perhaps the dealership you went to does not have the same strict guidelines but I imagine it will at least get the GM moving a little.
