I have a 2011 Mustang with Nav & Electronics pkg and cannot seem to load photos. I have small jpg's on a USB stick but the device will not locate them in the add mode? Help

I have a Motorola Droid that sync'ed instantly to my new Mustang. I have been unable to receive text and have sync read the message. Anyone have any insight on this?
