I can use the voice sync to control my music just fine. The problem lies when I try to get directions, it never accesses or gives me confirmation. When I give it a "Services" command it continues where it left off previous to my command. Although, when I did have issues with not being able to use Sync to control music, pulling the fuse worked for that just fine. Is it possible I need to go to the dealership for an update?

I'm having a problem trying to access the Traffic, Directions, and Information (TDI) in my Focus. I downloaded the latest update for the system yet when I try to say services it goes back to it's previous state. I haven't been able to access this feature since I've had the vehicle. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
