  1. After the last upgrade... at some point, not sure when... when I use Voice Command and try to access my text messages I get a speech from the lady in my dash "Messaging Not Supported on this Device". Now, that's really funny. Because I receive text messages and send them. I can go to the touch screen and read them and if I hit the little speaker icon, she will read them to me. The only thing I can find that doesn't work with text messaging is the Voice Command part. This is a MAJOR pain to say the least as I am very careful about texting and driving. It's nice to be able to hear the message while driving and then decide what to do. On some forums, I have seen a "fix" for problems with Voice Commands that involves pulling the fuse for Sync to reset them. I can tell you that this does "work" in some cases but did NOT work for this problem. Just for reference to those searching for fixes, here's the hokey pokey you have to do. 2013 Ford Edge Limited. Fuse under dash number 29. Pull fuse, puller supplied... nice. Wait about 30 seconds or so. Put fuse back in and button up flimsy cover. Now, you'll need to start your car because when it starts "Building Voice Commands" mine took about 35 minutes. If you don't start car, Battery Saver will time you out. In any case... this did NOT work for the Messaging problem. Does anyone out there have any other ideas? As I said, I can't see anything else with messaging that isn't working as expected. Just Voice Command... sigh.
