  1. I am incredibly angry. After having my new Explorer for a week, I want to smash the Sync screen and use my old portable CD player that plugs into the tape deck. Sync never remembers the song I was playing when I turned off the car. I can't figure out how to easily do anything. At times, I've had to pull over to the side of the road to safely get the air conditioning on before we get heat exposure. Sync will not recognize my voice. I can give commands but it does something completely different. The user interface is appalling. I'M DRIVING! I don't have time for this! I turned the temperature down to 65 with the button, yet still had to give the vocal command to turn on air conditioning. My kids were roasting in the back and I had to find the separate screen for turning on the air in the back of the truck. What a joke. At times I think part of my problem is a learning curve... but this much of a learning curve to control heat and cooling?? To play the same album I was listening to when I got out of the car?? We spent a ridiculous amount of money on this truck and I want to drive my 10 year old Explorer because at least we can make things happen. There are physical buttons that work. I am LIVID! Please tell me when an update is ready. Or even better, quit your jobs and let the professionals handle it.
