I have a brand new 2009 Lincoln MKS. The "i" on the hard buttons is supposed to take me to an area that lists the available voice commands. I have the Ultimate Package, so I have all the bells and whistles available. In fact, I'm just now (700+miles) becoming comfortable with the various systems. Any direction to whichever area I should go to would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Still trying to figure out how to get the volume down or up with the voice commands. I realize, of course, using the steering wheel volume button is appropriate, but I can't seem to "teach" the command center "person" to learn "Volume Up" or Volume Down". I realize there's a list (somewhere) of voice commands, but how to "teach" the command center "person" has escaped me so far. Anyone's help (without going through 3 or 4 pages of Owner's manual instructions) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
