Hello all, I was struggling with getting SYNC to recognize certain phonebook entries. I just could not get it to call Pizza Hut, Shong Hey, Chinese, or Dominic's Pizza for example. What I found out was that SYNC only looks at the Name field in the phonebook entries it downloads. It does not read the Company Name field. So if you want SYNC to recognize and import those entries you need to add it to the Name field and then adjust how the name displays in your contacts list if you want to avoid seeing Hut, Pizza.
