I have a 2016 F350 that had Sync 2. I purchased a new Sync 3 unit for it 2 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. However I’m not able to update as it seem that my VIN shows the truck as Sync 2. I have software version 3.4 Build 21020_Product installed now. Any suggestions on how to get to a later release and update maps would be appreciated.
