I just purchased a 2015 Ford Must Ecoboost and and was wondering why there are no apps available like waze or google maps. I have tried three different USB cords and all three produce a error message on the sceen. I did manage to update the Sync system from 2 to version 3. something but there was no change as far as I could tell. Since then I have been surfing all over the internet trying to find solutions as to why my Ford Touch doesn't have any apps. When I try to download software from the ford touch screen I get this error mesage : "File Not Found, Please check that the Installation file is in the root directory of your storage device". I'm thinking something was erased when this vehicle was traed in and files are missing. Any assistance would be appreciated.
