Hi.New here so I hope this is the right place to ask this. I have a 2014 Fusion with Sync 2 Touch. It is updated to the latest version. Over the past few months problems have been popping up. Some seem software related, others hardware. The first thing that started was it would no longer read text messages back to me. Totally seems like a software glitch. Then the call button doesn't work right. When I press it the first time, it gives the beep tone as if it's listening for a command but it isn't. I will then press it several times with no response at all, then suddenly it will work and accept voice commands. At first I figured it was something with the button, but it is the only button on the steering wheel acting funny, and it is 100% consistent in the behaviour described, so I think software. Then the touch screen, from home, won't enter into any of the modules. For instance, pressing the top right quadrant is supposed to open Nav, but doesn't. This is very sporadic and for the most part it works fine. But when it does happen, it's very annoying. The latest is the backup camera sometimes comes on, mostly does not. I did a factory reset, and that didn't help anything. So my question is, is there anything I can do, such as try a complete reinstall of the software, or anything else? Or is this something for the dealer service department to look at? Thanks.
