Hello, I just bought my 2016 Ford Fusion SE yesterday, and am having trouble updating the sync system. I downloaded the files from the website, extracted them onto a flash drive, and plugged it into the USB port in the arm rest. I thought everything was going great, until I came back to check on it. It's been stuck at the same spot for at least an hour now, and I cannot get it to do anything. I took the drive out to see if it would stop installing and return to the previous setting, but nothing is happening. I just keep getting a message saying to reconnect the flash drive so it can finish, but nothing happens when I do. Any ideas on how to get it back to the original sync setup, or to finish the installation of the update? The version I'm trying to update to is SYNC2 - 3.10. Here is a pic of where the progress is stuck at. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
