  1. It's the 4" screen, I've never updated the Sync software. Everything worked fine up until Monday last week.
  2. I have no idea if I have the right subforum, but I have a 2015 Fusion with a pretty basic Sync setup. The bluetooth will connect fine and allow me to make handsfree calls, but it won't allow any streaming of media. I've tried deleting the connection in both the car and my phone (iPhone 11 Pro), Tried resetting network settings on the phone, did a factory reset on Sync in the car and I've tried a master reset on Sync in the car....all ends up with the same issue. How do I know if this is a Sync issue or if it's an iPhone issue? I can't think of any way to make it work if a master reset didn't work.
