Yes, they did a factory reset, replaced the APIM, ACM... nothing. Got an approved buyback, so prob going that route. My loaner had the same exact issue, so I found somewhere to say "navigation voice on" and it worked, however dealer tells me this did not work in "my" car.
Newbie here. I bought a Lincoln Corsair and it has been in the shop for about a month now. I set the navigation and all is good (including voice) until I hit "go". Then I only get the direction on the screen but the voice lady quits. It is not muted and the nav volume is turned up. The dealer has replaced the APIM and the ACM, no luck. They checked the settings and the wiring with no luck. Anyone heard of this problem and was there a fix? It is running version 3.4 when I dropped it off. I asked if they could roll the software back for now, but was told not possible. I have a buyback approved or an option to have it fixed and Lincoln will make about 3 car payments for me which would be nice. I just want it fixed and am going nuts. Oh, and also my apple carplay does not work. Me and the dealer tried different phones, but nothing happens when plugged in. Funny thing is that the loaner they gave me (2019 MKZ), same issue with the navigation voice. Wondering if it's software related. Any help please!!??
