I've looked through this forum to see if anyone else had this issue and couldn't find anything or haven't found it yet. Just bought my son a 2016 Ford Fusion and we're trying to set up his phone with SYNC. We've tried and tried and once we press Phone button to access menu and then press Add Device and OK to try to sync it with the phone, the display goes back to the radio display. Over and over. His phone Bluetooth is active and discoverable but SYNC always reverts back to the radio screen. I finally went in and did a Master reset but still have the same problem. Might this have something to do with his TMobile Revvl phone? It's a cheaper Android but according to Ford should be compatible. I'm at a loss and since the car isn't new off the lot; but a 2016, I don't know if the dealer will address this issue. I'm totally new to the SYNC system - certainly not as easy to set up as Chevy, Honda or Kia's Bluetooth *sigh* Any help would be appreciated. What am I not doing or missing?
