Sad to learn how BAD ford sucks - Web pukes STILL haven't answered the question about how to fix the avatar problem - Morons can't be bothered with the details - - why will any fool buy their cars ?

I have a 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium with Sync3 My Cell phone links to Sync3 just fine, and I run several Apps on the phone that make announcements which are interpreted as incoming phone calls by Sync3 and get played over the car speakers. So Far, So Good. The PROBLEM arises if I am playing media (in this case an audiobook on CD-ROM). Whenever a bluetooth announcement is made, the media playback gets reset to time Zero in the first file. Quite irritating to have to fast-forward through all the files to get back to where I was (and OBTW - the fast forward just is not fast enough to move through an 8-hour audio file) - This must be a software flaw - - one I hope can be fixed in the next firmware release. Please let me know.
