Thanks. Called Ford Sync today,they said even though it's a 2016 with Sync 3 - no go on the voice control climate. It's kind of a drag because at night it's not lit very well and it's a very tight space to fumble with.

In this picture there is a Climate Option/button. I just got a 2016 with Sync 3, no climate display, what gives? It's manual behind gear shift, quite cramped.

I saw that CarPlay thing too but it just spun round & round searching for Car. Will it be a data/wireless update in 2016 to the Sync3. or part of a mid year refresh?

So excited, just picked up new 2016 Ruby Red C-Max Energi last night!!! Very confused as to why I am not seeing the Climate Logo on the Sync 3 and can not Voice activate. Is Climate an Additional Feature? I have the 302A Equipment Group. Thanks for any feedback~ Ecatruss
