Hi there, I have a Fiesta Titanium (october 2012), and I have problems with Sync and the Iphone 5 ans 5S. I live in Argentina, and the car was manufactured in mexico. The software version I use at the car is EB245P5.8.00294_SP and CR3T-14D544-CB, this is the up to date version according the Ford web page. iphone is using the IOS 8.1 but is the same with IOS 7. The phone syncronice perfectly and download the contacts as well. The problem appears when I try to use the command "call to" followed by the name included in the contact list. sync always answer "the contact is not in the list". I tried to modify the name in lowe case, add a last name with the same problem. I tried to reset the factory settings from the menu and re stablish the phone as the principal phone, with the same problem. The only way I can use the Sync to stablish a call is spelling the numbers, so I believe that the Mic is not the problem. Any suggestion? Thanks Gaston buenos aires - Argentina
