Took the car to the dealer for other issues last night, they could not get this command to work either, we then looked at the list of all climate commands from the cars interface and the Min Fan and Max Fan was not listed. Not sure if it has to be listed in the vehicle to work, perhaps Ford removed it from their latest update and did not tell the rest of the sync support team???

I posted this in the Ford Fusion Forum, but then realized this may be a more appropriate place for my question I am a new Ford Fusion Energi 2014 owner - built only a month and a half ago and delivered with latest software as of 7/1/2014 I am having issues with using voice commands to control the climate fan speed. Can anyone confirm that the: "Climate" pause "Min Fan" and "Climate" pause "Max Fan" commands work - my Sync responds with "Setting Max/min temperature" I am american and speak clear English so any accents are not an issue.. Increase fan Speed and Decrease Fan speed commands do work but I would like to use the above commands to turn the fan all the way up or down. Thanks!
