  1. So the problem turned out to be that I needed to update the website account info as the new phone was with a different carrier. After updating the carrier I started to receive text messages again on the phone.
  2. I recently upgraded to iPhone 6s (same phone number); I deleted the older iPhone and paired new iPhone. Its working fine but I am no longer receiving text message notifications on the phone (for example after re-charging the car or any of the other events configured on the website for text message notification). I do receive the notifications on the my sync mobile website, so the car is communicating properly with the website, just not sending a text to the phone number in the configuration. Car is 2013 Ford CMax Energi.
