  1. I installed a Sync update in my car. I went to the Sync website to confirm the update, but the page just has the error message: "Our system has experienced an error. Please try again." I did some research, and found that Internet Explorer 8 is recommended for that website, so I rolled-back to it (from IE9), but this error message is still displayed. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
