Downloaded the newest version of Sync today, my first update ever since Jan 2011. Followed instructions to ignore first "update complete" notice for 5-10 minutes, nothing, master reset, etc. everything and wont complete update. Screen just sits on "Update complete" screen (the first one I am supposed to ignore.' Disconnnected negative battery terminal overnight, will check in the am. Any trick to getting update to finish? HELP
