I tried the app but I was unsuccessfull in making it work. I was not able to find the "FORD" selection in the dropdown menu so instead I used the Lincoln one. The system however could not recognize my phone (or my phone could not recognize the sync system) for the information transfer.

Hi, Just got my Ford Edge yesterday and looking for help in understanding how to set the destination from the phonebook address from iPhone and Android. I have the phones synced and I can see the address on the contact's main screen but when I want to use it as a destination I get the following message: "Invalid Address. Please update the contactinformation on your phone" - original spelling. I called support but they weren't very helpful asking several times if I have a navigation system installed and to make sure that the SD card is in the reader even though I mentioned several times that my navigation system is working when I type or speak a destination but can't seem to read an address from the integrated phonebook. Thx.
