I've used 3 different flash drives and sync's website will not download the update to them, anyone else getting this freaken annoying problem?

So far sync doesn't understand the word Matt or Tray which is completely sad for any computer :facepalm since they are widely used names. I would also use Matt as Mathew and still can't understand that name so I have to dangerously use my phone while driving to manually call them. If I was microsoft I would of not paid who ever was testing this service a dime over this simple idiotic mistake. Car: 2012 ford fiesta hatchback
