I'm in Vancouver and I had access to services as I liked the sports scores and traffic but since updating my software at Syncmyride I no longer have access to Services via voice control. Hopefully we can both get a answer through this forum.

Since updating my Sync system I no longer have access to Sync Services. I liked the live sports score and traffic updates but can no longer access Services as it doesn't register with voice command anymore. What can I do. Darrin, Vancouver, Canada
