Had the same problem with my King Ranch F-150. The fuse for SYNC is #2 position. I pulled it out for a minute and re-inserted it. Now my HTC and Iphone stay connected via bluetooth and recognize all Phone commands. Thanks I had completed a master reset with no results but pulling the fuse made it work. How, i dont know but i hope this clears this problem up forever since the week 1 of owning this truck.
